Program Details
The European Union Traineeship Program is designed for recent graduates interested in international relations and EU affairs. The traineeship will be hosted within the Political, Press, and Information (PPI) Section of the EU Delegation to South Africa, focusing on the EU-South Africa relations and supporting various thematic fields and regional developments.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the European Union Traineeship Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Education: University-level degree (at least a Bachelor’s degree) in International Relations, Law, Social Studies, Politics, Economics, or a similar field
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Skills: Strong writing and research abilities, commitment to completing tasks within deadlines, eagerness to learn and contribute to EU Delegation activities

Additional Qualifications:
- Other Degrees: An additional degree in another relevant field can be advantageous
- Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages (official languages of South Africa or EU official languages) is a plus
