Scholarship Value and Benefits
The Darwin T. Turner Scholars Program offers the following benefits to selected candidates:
- Eight semesters of in-state tuition.

Maintenance Requirements
To maintain the scholarship, selected candidates must:
- Complete at least 12 credit hours per semester.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Participate in all program seminars and activities throughout the year.
- Complete a minimum of 30 community service hours.
- Sign in weekly to the Office of Ethnic Programs and Services.
- Complete a diversity project.
- Meet with an EPS staff member upon request.
