The Government of Malaysia is offering the fully-funded MTCP (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme) Scholarship for international students. This scholarship provides comprehensive financial support, including full tuition fees and an annual living stipend of $9,516, for students to pursue their postgraduate studies in Malaysia. The duration of the award is between 24 to 36 months for a Master’s Degree Programme.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered for the Government of Malaysia MTCP Scholarships, applicants must:

Academic Background:
- Be pursuing a study programme in one of the following fields:
  - Science, Technology, and Engineering (excluding nursing, medicine, clinical pharmacy)
  - Economics, Finance, Management, and Banking
  - Social Science and Humanities
  - Information and Communication Technology
  - International Relations and Political Science
  - Agriculture and Aquaculture
  - Education
- Have obtained at least a second-class upper honors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
Age:
- Must not be more than 45 years old.
English Language Proficiency:
- Must submit scores from one of the following tests:
  - IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0
  - TOEFL IBT: Minimum score of 70
